DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings set out below:
"Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions and all schedules and annexures attached to them;

DEPOSITS AND WITHDRAWALS The Customer must deposit funds into their account in order to place bets or play games using the Services. StakeClub Casino may charge a fee for certain types of transactions, including withdrawals.
BETTING AND GAMING RULES The Customer agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations relating to online gaming. The Customer must also comply with any rules or requirements specified by StakeClub Casino in relation to the Services, including any maximum bet limits or other restrictions.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules.
AMENDMENTS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS StakeClub Casino reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice or explanation.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between StakeClub Casino and the Customer regarding the use of the Services.
BINDING EFFECT These Terms and Conditions shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of StakeClub Casino and its successors and assigns, as well as the Customer and their heirs, executors, administrators and personal representatives.
INVALIDITY OR UNENFORCEABILITY If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
By accessing and using the Services, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
